The NOVA air purification system is mounted on the wall, about 2 metres from the floor and connected to a standard electrical outlet/230V. The air purification system is available in three different sizes where the capacity is adapted to the size of the room. The air that passes through NOVA and contains odours, bacteria and viruses is irradiated with UV light and ozone, which powerfully reduces the concentration of pollutants.

There is also a built-in carbon filter to further improve purification. The equipment also has an in-built sensor to ensure that the ozone level in the room does not exceed legal limits.

More about the NOVA air purification system

Specifically designed for use in waste rooms, among others

NOVA is specifically designed for garbage rooms and similar spaces where a lot of odours are generated and where there is continuous passenger traffic. The challenge for an air purification system is to achieve sufficient odour reduction and still cope with The Swedish Work Environment Authority low limit values for permissible ozone concentration. NOVA does this reliably, partly through an in-built control system and partly because the purification system is available with different capacities. The dimensioning of the purification system is simple: The NOVA selected for the room to be treated must have the same or greater capacity as the total floor area of the room. If the room is larger than the maximum capacity as shown below, simply combine more machines in the same room.

Examples of uses:

  • Refuse room - NOVA actively reduces the odour generated in a refuse room. It is an effective alternative to refrigerated garbage rooms, with savings in both investment and operation.
  • Pantry - A fresh experience when it's time to pawn makes the visitor happy to return the next time it's time. NOVA effectively removes stale beer odours and other typical pantry odours.
